WRHA Mental Health Crisis Response Centre

The Mental Health Crisis Response Centre in Winnipeg is a walk-in point of access for adults experiencing a mental health crisis, accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week within an atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery. This Centre of Excellence in crisis resolution ensures expert short term clinical treatment and support services are available through walk-in services, mobile services and scheduled appointment services, combined with planned linkage and referral to appropriate services and supports.

WRHA Mobile Crisis Service

The Mobile Crisis Service assists individuals experiencing a mental health or psychosocial crisis, including persons with a co-occurring mental health/substance use disorder. Calls or referrals are welcome from anyone who is concerned about a person experiencing a mental health or psychosocial crisis, including self-referrals and referrals from family members. A mental health professional will take your call and work with you to decide on an appropriate course of action, based on the best interests of the individual who is in crisis.

Postpartum Depression Association of Manitoba

PPDAM is a volunteer organization, made up of both professionals and mothers with lived experience, who are committed to helping Manitoba families get connected with the help they need now. The mission is to empower Manitoba families dealing with postpartum depression or related illnesses  through education, awareness and resources.
